Mahogany Bedside Table – Mix or Match?

Do you want your mahogany bedside table to match your bed or do you want it to contrast? A lot of people like their bedroom furniture to match however some take a more eclectic approach. So do you mix or match?

Matching Styles

Rococo Range

For those of you who prefer a French look the Rococo Range could be ideal. The Rococo Bedside with Pediment echoes the detail of the Rococo bed’s headboard. The Rococo Bedside with Flute Legs is a small bedside table if size is restricted.

Carved Four Poster Bed

If you have room for the large impressive Carved Four Poster Bed we have matching bedsides. These are available in the waxed mahogany finish, antique white or antique white with real gold leaf highlights.

Mixing Styles

So lets say you pick a plainer bed such as the Sleigh Bed, the Louis Bed, the Elegance Rattan Bed or the French Brodsworth Sleigh Bed which mahogany bedside table do you pick?

The 2 Drawer Bedside (BS007) is a great choice. This bedside features intricate hand carving on both drawers and beautifully shaped legs giving a French look. Following on with the French theme the French Round Bedside (BS025)  features even more ornate hand carving, panelled sides and a rattan panelled cupboard door. The Antoinette French Bedside (CFR0001) also features rattan but is a larger bedside offering more storage space

If you prefer a more traditional style then the Chippendale Bedside (BS031) could be a good choice. This bedside features intricate floral and twisted pillar detailing and the trademark ball and claw feet.
