Ledbury: Best place to live in the Midlands!

After last weeks blog an exciting news update has occurred…

Last week Ledbury was listed in the top ten of the Sunday Times ‘Best Places To Live guide’; being a great achievement for the town in which we are based. Now the town has been named the overall best place to live in the whole West Midlands region. This means the quaint town has beaten many other places much larger and profitable in the region.

The list takes into account many criteria for judging our town an enviable place to live such as our “quality of life, crime rates, house prices and school performance”. No doubt the extensive beautiful timber framed Tudor buildings are another aspect of the towns desirability. We are very proud at Lock Stock and Barrel for our association with the town and the lovely rural surrounding area. We continue to thank our customers for all their support and encourage them to visit Ledbury.
