The service and communication were fantastic. Delivery time was perfect and was delivered way before the estimated time. So quick to put together because it was mostly already done. Just fold a few bits to be in situ and bolt it down. My only problem is due to an injury I've not been able to put it together for a few months and I requested the antique brass handles and we were given standard wooden door knobs that unfortunately doesn't match all our other mahogany bedroom furniture. Really amazing quality.

Exceptional quality and looks great, matching my existing 1970's Stag mahogany dressing table and bedside table. The wardrobe couldn't be carried upstairs due to the design of my 1970's dormer bungalow and I wanted to be "retro". However, the two friends who assembled it found the instructions very poor, in particular, the fact that at the beginning most self-assembly furniture show the necessary tools which this didn't, so one of them had to go home for a socket set.

Good service on phone and when I emailed. Wardrobe complete's our bedroom took two of us to fit it. Wish we new that we could of paid extra for someone else to do it. We waited over 8 weeks for it to arrive, but in fairness they did tell us that. Now it's here it's lovely!
