I had to take a minute and say how chuffed I am with the bed.It is better even then I imagined. Beautiful workmanship and detail. also the delivery gentleman was a real trooper as those bed parts are weighty. He even took it to the bedroom and couldn't have been more helpful or polite. The same goes for the customer service of your company and the service I have had from purchase to delivery, very happy customer
