OUR SHOWROOM IS NOW CLOSED
Following the Government’s recent announcement of a second lockdown our showroom will be closed from 5 November hopefully re-opening on 3 December.
Is your office open?
Our offices are open during the normal office hours of Monday to Friday 9.00 until 5.00.
How can I keep in touch with you?
You can contact us by telephone during normal office hour and you can also contact us by email or via our online chat facility. You will also find us online on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram where we will be sharing our latest news.
Can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order online at www.lockstockandbarrel-uk.com 24 hours a day.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Can I still place an order online?
Yes, we are following the advice of Public Health England
and will still be making deliveries for online orders.
Can I still receive deliveries?
Yes, home deliveries are continuing to take place. You will
receive a pre-delivery call a couple of days before we attempt delivery. When
we call we would ask that you advise us of the following:
If anybody living at your address has displayed possible
coronavirus symptoms resulting in any of you having to self-isolate?
If anybody at your address has decided to self-isolate as a result of being aged 70 or over, a vulnerable adult or pregnant.
If necessary we can arrange deliveries at a later date. We
can also arrange for items to be left in a secure location i.e. garage or
outbuilding with consent.
To help you and our drivers keep safe when delivering to you
we would ask that you help us to exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres
away. This is in line with Public Health England advice.
We are currently not asking customers to sign for deliveries and taking the items inside the home.
Please note that we aim to deliver within 10-15 working days and in most cases this is still possible although, with the limitations currently in place, delivery could take longer.
Should I be concerned about touching a delivery I have
Public Health England has said that there is no
current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.
Are you still able to assemble my item?
The assembly service has been postponed minimising risk and to protect our customers and colleagues at this time until the situation improves, we are not entering the customers home when delivering.
Please keep visiting this page for the latest information.
