You can contact us by telephone, email or via our online chat facility. If we are unavailable we will get back to you as quickly as we can. You can also find us online on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram where we will be sharing our latest news.
Yes, you can still order online at www.lockstockandbarrel-uk.com 24 hours a day.
Yes, we are following the advice of Public Health England and will still be making deliveries for online orders.
Yes, home deliveries are continuing to take place. You will receive a pre-delivery call a couple of days before we attempt delivery. When we call we would ask that you advise us of the following:
If anybody living at your address has displayed possible coronavirus symptoms resulting in any of you having to self-isolate?
If anybody at your address has decided to self-isolate as a result of being aged 70 or over, a vulnerable adult or pregnant.
If necessary we can arrange deliveries at a later date. We can also arrange for items to be left in a secure location i.e. garage or outbuilding with consent.
To help you and our drivers keep safe when delivering to you we would ask that you help us to exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away. This is in line with Public Health England advice.
We are currently not asking customers to sign for deliveries and taking the items inside the home.
Please note that we aim to deliver within 10-15 working days and in most cases this is still possible although, with the limitations currently in place, delivery could take longer.
Public Health England has said that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.
The assembly service has been postponed minimising risk and to protect our customers and colleagues at this time until the situation improves, we are not entering the customers home when delivering.
