Why have we closed our showroom?

How can I keep in touch with you?

Although our office is closed members of staff will be working from home and you can contact them using email or our online chat facility. You can also find us online on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram where we will be sharing our latest news.

How long do you expect your showroom and office to be closed for?

We don’t know at the moment. The situation is changing rapidly and we will continue to follow the advice of the Government and Public Health England. We will keep you updated.

Can I still order online?

Yes, you can still order online at

Can I still place an order online?

Yes, we are following the advice of Public Health England and will still be making deliveries for online orders.

Can I still receive deliveries?

Yes, home deliveries are continuing to take place. You will receive a pre-delivery call a couple of days before we attempt delivery. When we call we would ask that you advise us of the following:

If anybody living at your address has displayed possible coronavirus symptoms resulting in any of you having to self-isolate?

If anybody at your address has decided to self-isolate as a result of being aged 70 or over, a vulnerable adult or pregnant.

If necessary we can arrange deliveries at a later date. We can also arrange for items to be left in a secure location i.e. garage or outbuilding with consent.

To help you and our drivers keep safe when delivering to you we would ask that you help us to exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away. This is in line with Public Health England advice.

We are currently not asking customers to sign for deliveries.

Should I be concerned about touching a delivery I have received?

Public Health England has said that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

Are you still able to assemble my item?

The assembly service has been postponed to minimise risk and to protect our customers and colleagues at this time until the situation improves.
